Position Overview: The Pricing Leader will develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing decisions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with company goals. • Lead a team of pricing professionals for continuous improvement. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis. • Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams. • Drive customer negotiations and optimize pricing agreements. • Monitor and analyze pricing performance to maximize profitability. • Maintain pricing models, tools, and systems. • Provide leadership on pricing best practices and industry trends. Qualifications • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership. • Experience in IT/ITES industry, especially in pricing leadership roles. • Proven track record in customer negotiations and pricing strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Experience with pricing tools and software is preferred. Preferred Skills • Understanding of global markets and pricing dynamics. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. • Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving. • Ability to lead complex projects across diverse teams.
