Trusted by global brands like Zapier, Freshworks, and DeepL, Chargebee operates across India, the U.S., and Europe. **About the Role** Join Chargebee's Legal team to strengthen the company's global privacy and data protection program by collaborating with Product, Security, IT, HR, and other cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead privacy and compliance initiatives. - Maintain privacy records, data maps, and inventories. - Manage DPIAs, PIAs, vendor privacy reviews, and DSARs. - Embed privacy-by-design into products and projects. - Support privacy contracts (DPAs, SCCs, TIAs). - Monitor global privacy regulations (GDPR, CPRA, DPDP Act). - Track privacy metrics and dashboards. - Advise on AI/privacy governance. - Support privacy incident response. **Requirements** - LLB/BL degree. - 4+ years' experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance. - Strong knowledge of GDPR, CPRA, DPDP Act, and privacy operations. - Experience with tools like OneTrust, TrustArc, or Transcend. - Excellent program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Understanding of SaaS technologies and responsible use of AI tools.
