Job Description Job Description – Senior Automation Developer (WorkFusion ODF2 & UiPath) Position: Senior Automation Developer Experience: 6+ Years Location: Mumbai/Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Developer with strong expertise in WorkFusion ODF2 and UiPath to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in intelligent automation, process optimization, solution architecture, and automation delivery. Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and AI-driven automation workflows will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using WorkFusion ODF2 and UiPath. • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. • Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation components following best practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and propose automation solutions. • Perform automation code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. • Create technical design documents, solution architecture diagrams, and deployment plans. • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and automation standards. • Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to automation best practices and standards. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 6 years of experience in RPA, Intelligent Automation, or related technologies. • Mandatory hands-on expertise in WorkFusion ODF2. • Strong development experience with UiPath. • Experience in enterprise automation implementation and solution design. • Strong understanding of automation architecture, workflow design, and integration patterns. • Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of automation solutions. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Preferred Skills • Exposure to Agentic AI workflows, AI-powered automation, and autonomous agent frameworks. • Experience with: • Microsoft Power Automate • Microsoft Power Apps • Microsoft Power BI • Knowledge of OCR, Document Processing, NLP, and AI/ML-driven automation solutions. • Experience integrating automation platforms with enterprise applications and APIs. Preferred Qualifications • Certifications in WorkFusion, UiPath, or Microsoft Power Platform. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
