Product Manager

Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals. - Gather customer insights and translate them into product requirements. - Prioritise features and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. - Analyse product performance and user behaviour to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product initiatives. - Track key product metrics and continuously optimise the user experience. **Requirements** - 3–5 years of Product Management experience. - Experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products, preferably in an F2P, subscription, marketplace, fintech, e-commerce, or consumer internet environment. - Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to make product decisions. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working in Agile environments. **Preferred** - Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, or Google Analytics. - Experience with SQL, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
