**Responsibilities** 1. Plan & Schedule Production: Ensure timely execution of production plans to meet delivery targets. 2. Manage Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing activities for efficiency and quality. 3. Quality Compliance: Maintain IPC/ISO standards and drive defect reduction. 4. Team Leadership: Supervise and train operators/technicians; manage workforce allocation. 5. Safety & Compliance: Enforce EHS standards and audit readiness. 6. Cost Control: Monitor production costs, scrap, and implement cost-saving initiatives. 7. Reporting: Track KPIs (OEE, FPY, output) and communicate performance to management. **Essential Attributes** 1. Strong leadership and team management skills. 2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent. **Desired Experience Level** 15–20 years of experience in production management, preferably in ISP or similar manufacturing environments. Experience in handling large teams and complex operations.
