Production Officer / SHIFT Incharge

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Supervise and manage shift-wise production operations at the plant • Ensure adherence to production schedules, output and quality targets • Handle and coordinate manpower deployment during the shift • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards • Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance needs • Maintain shift reports, production records and handover documentation • Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime during the shift. ELIGIBILITY: • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering • 2-3 years of experience in production & manpower handling preferred • Willing to work in rotational shifts and handle shift operations
