Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Commercial

Roles and Responsibilities • Manage commercial activities such as procurement, inventory management, supply chain planning, and project procurement for capex projects. • Oversee purchase operations including vendor development, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring. • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs through effective sourcing practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of commercial functions across the organization. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile • 8-12 years of experience in a similar role within Mining & Metal Company • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Any Specialization. • Strong understanding of Capex, Inventory Management, Project Procurement, Purchase Operations, SCM (Supply Chain Management), Sourcing & Supplier Development principles.
