Job Purpose The Lead – ESG Analytics & Reporting is responsible for implementing organization-wide ESG programs, drive climate and sustainability-related initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration across business units to embed ESG principles in day-to-day operations. **ORGANISATION CHART** Responsibilities **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** Head - ESG President â CSPD & ERM Lead â ESG Initiatives Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ESG Strategy Implementation • Customize the Group ESG strategy into detailed, actionable plans tailored to different business units (e.g., airport, transportation, energy). • Work with business heads to define ESG-linked KPIs and activity-level targets for focus areas (e.g., emissions reduction, water usage, biodiversity). • Liaise with HSE teams across business units to standardize ESG practices and ensure alignment with the Group ESG strategy. • Monitor regulatory developments and national/international commitments. • % ESG strategy translated into business unit specific plans Research and Feasibility Assessment • Conduct capability assessments across business units to identify gaps in ESG knowledge, tools, or execution. • Coordinate with business heads and function leaders to translate ESG rating-linked targets into practical, initiative-level action plans, ensuring alignment with operational realities. • Undertake feasibility studies for new initiatives and evaluate innovative ESG technologies and frameworks for piloting. • Identify quick-win sustainability projects aligned with climate goals. • Collaborate with Strategy, Innovation, and HSE teams to shape initiative concepts and business cases. • % of ESG gaps identified and documented • Ratio of feasible ideas converted into actionable projects • % of proposed ideas backed with clear budget, ROI, and risk framework Project Implementation & Coordination • Translate initiative ideas into scoped projects with defined budgets, partners, timelines, and KPIs. • Regularly review initiative progress against timelines and KPIs. • Develop and maintain dashboards to capture initiative performance and present it during Board Review Meetings. • Conduct benefit realization tracking post-implementation. • ESG projects delivered on time and within budget • Initiative impact metrics • % of projects with benefit realization reports Stakeholder Engagement • Address ESG-related queries from institutional investors, foreign stakeholders, and analysts, providing accurate, data-backed responses. • Represent the organization in ESG-related investor meetings, sustainability roadshows, and collaborative platforms. • Turnaround time for ESG data-related investor requests or due diligence queries KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details **EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS** **INTERNAL INTERACTIONS** • Business Heads **FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS** Other Dimensions **EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS** • Degree in Sustainability studies OR Environmental Engineering • MBA Relevant Experience • 15+ years of overall experience • 8+ years of experience in ESG **COMPETENCIES** • ESG Data Analysis and Performance Assessment (Proficient) • ESG Strategy Development and Implementation (Proficient) • Policy Development and Compliance (Proficient) • Climate Action and Risk Assessment (Proficient) • Digital Tools Proficiency (Proficient) • Understanding of ESG Frameworks and Ratings (Proficient) • Networking • Personal Effectiveness • Teamwork & Interpersonal influence • Stakeholder Focus • Entrepreneurship • Capability Building • Social Awareness • Planning & Decision Making • Execution & Results • Strategic Orientation • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking
