Job Title: Project In charge (Utility Infrastructure Projects) Job Location: Gujarat / Kharkhoda / Manesar / Gurgaon Required Experience: 3 – 5 Years Required Qualification: B.Tech (Full Time / Regular) Job Responsibilities: • MEP Coordinator & Design Engineer (Revit/ AutoCAD/Sketchup 3D) • Experienced MEP Design Engineer responsible for the design, drafting, modeling, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, and ELV systems using Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup 3D. Skilled in preparing design drawings, BIM models, shop drawings, coordination drawings, clash detection, and ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural disciplines throughout project execution. • Planning, designing, and execution of utility works in compliance with the latest IS and NBC standards. • Preparation of detailed, item-wise BOQs, detailed specification documents, finishing schedules, utility schemes, interior schemes, TDS as per approved make list to clearly define the overall project scope. · Capital and revenue procurement in accordance with MSIL guidelines. Technical / Functional: • Prepare HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical system layouts in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards. • Perform MEP system design calculations and equipment selection. • Develop schematic and detailed design drawings based on project specifications. • Review and optimize MEP designs for efficiency, constructability, and sustainability. • Revit BIM Modeling/Sketch up-3D Modelling/ AutoCAD Drafting. • Generate plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and BOQs from Revit models. • Prepare MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD. • Update drawings based on consultant comments, site requirements, and design revisions. • Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards and drafting guidelines. • Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines. • Maintains discipline, professionalism, and respect at the workplace Must have Skill: • AutoCAD/Sketchup 3D/Autodesk Revit • MEP Coordinator & Design Engineer • Microsoft office/Word/Excel • Good Communication Skill • Familiarity with IS codes, IEC standards, NBC guidelines
