Position: Duty Manager (DM) Industry: Hospitality / Entertainment Experience: 4–5 Years Location: PVR INOX Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day cinema operations and ensure smooth functioning of the site. • Deliver a premium guest experience through excellent customer service and effective complaint resolution. • Lead and manage the operations team while maintaining discipline, productivity, and service standards. • Monitor guest handling, ticketing, food & beverage services, cleanliness, and overall operational standards. • Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, grooming standards, and hospitality practices. • Handle guest escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless cinema operations. • Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and adherence to operational procedures. • Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality. • Support the Site/Cluster Manager in achieving operational and business targets. Candidate Profile • 4–5 years of relevant experience in 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, premium hospitality, or similar service-oriented environments. • Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred as a basic qualification. • Strong guest-handling and service-orientation skills. • Good understanding of team management and operational discipline. • Excellent grooming and communication skills. • Strong understanding of premium hospitality standards and customer experience. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest escalations effectively. • Candidates with a professional hospitality background will be preferred.
