Job description

Role & responsibilities • Plan and manage branding and signage projects across multiple locations. • Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance and regional teams for smooth execution. • Manage vendors and ensure work is completed on time, within budget and as per quality standards. • Review vendor quotations, costs and commercial proposals. • Track project budgets, purchase orders, invoices and expenses. • Ensure all branding and signage follows approved brand guidelines. • Monitor site progress through photos, reports and measurements. • Identify and resolve delays, quality issues and pending work. • Maintain project MIS and regularly update project status. • Ensure timely completion, snag closure and proper project handover. Preferred candidate profile • 38 years’ experience in Project Management / Execution. • Experience in Branding, Signage or Retail Rollouts. • Strong Vendor Management & Site Execution experience. • Candidates from Signage, Retail, Interior Fit-out or Events industries.
