Job description

Key Responsibilities • Manage complete retail store fit-out execution including civil, MEP, HVAC, and fixture installation. • Prepare and track project timelines using PERT/CPM methodologies. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, mall teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Review and validate GFC drawings and resolve site execution issues. • Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, safety, and brand compliance. • Manage contractor/vendor performance, billing, and work certification. • Handle budgeting, Capex tracking, and civil bill closure. • Ensure successful handover of stores to mall/landlord teams within deadlines. Required Experience & Skills • 8-12 years of experience in retail store fit-out/project management. • Strong exposure to retail interiors and MEP coordination. • Experience in store handovers and mall coordination is mandatory. • Good understanding of HVAC, retail fixtures, and construction execution. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualification • B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture.
