MBA from a Tier 1 institute in India (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, etc.) with 2–3 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, healthcare, or related domains Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks using advanced analytics and AI/ML techniques Drive data-backed strategic decision-making across healthcare domains through predictive modeling, scenario analysis, and generative AI–driven insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and consulting to deliver scalable, end-to-end analytics solutions Apply strong problem-solving and structured thinking to break down ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable insights Communicate insights effectively through compelling storytelling, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations Operate effectively in fast-paced, consulting-style environments, managing multiple stakeholders and delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines Demonstrate strong attention to detail, business acumen, and ownership in driving outcomes Adapt quickly to ambiguity and evolving business needs while maintaining a structured and hypothesis-driven approach Continuously incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, NLP, automation frameworks) to enhance analytics workflows and business impact
