Role & responsibilities • Project management, • Building Maintenance, administration, • Operations & Maintenance of Utility Equipment, • Distribution System, • Handling client grievances with effective and efficient resolution. • Taking care of facility management in coordination with 3rd Party Team • Society committee formation • Handing over of common area to society facility management team • Taking over assets and systems • Overall monitoring and responsible for structural issues in coordination with project team • Crises management during monsoon being part of task force team • Monitoring possessions and complaint management, taking budget approvals through portal Preferred candidate profile Graduate, Hotel Management, Any Management
