Job opportunity for Senior Manager - PMS (Engineering) at Oberoi Realty Limited: 1. MEP Tech lead for MEP systems 2. MEP system snagging/ DE snagging and HOTO 3. Maintaining HOTO tracker and equipment AMC 4. Flat inspection and readiness for customer possession 5. Operation maintenance and coordination with vendors for tech systems. 6. Ensure all sales office smooth operations with nil downtime 7. Follow up for work order and PO / making CN note and coordinate with PMS, contracts, and procurement at HO 8.
