Job description

**Position Title:** Executive -Quality Assurance **Location:** Chh. Sambhajinagar **Qualification** - **Mandatory:** BE / DME Mechanical Engineering - **Preferred:** BE in Mechanical Engineering **Experience** - Minimum 06-08 years in the **Automobile industry** **Technical / Functional Knowledge & Skills** - Strong knowledge of **IATF 16949:2016** and ISO/TS systems - Experience in **Supplier QA development** and system implementation - Skilled in **document preparation, internal audits, process & product audits, SPC** at various stages - Hands-on with **vendor improvements** and special process sustenance verification - Exposure to **special processes**: painting, powder coating, anodizing, welding, heat treatment - Knowledge of **casting, press parts, rubber parts, plastic parts** - Proficiency in **CMM, Trimos, hardness tester inspection** - Expertise in **PPAP / APQP, SPC, 7QC Tools** - Ability to generate & execute **Kaizens, OPL, VA/VE ideas, process optimization** - Working knowledge of **SAP, MS Office, 3D models, AutoCAD** - Good communication & presentation skills **Soft Skills / Behavioral Requirements** - Strong **team player** - Emotionally mature and professional demeanor - Effective communicator with strong **presentation skills** **Key Deliverables / Accountabilities** - Ensure **zero internal customer complaints** related to supplier products - Maintain desired **quality levels** of supplier products - Conduct **vendor process & product audits** as per plan with timely communication - Drive at least **5 Kaizens per supplier per month** - Perform **root cause analysis, action implementation & sustenance** at supplier end - Monitor **daily rejections** at supplier end and ensure corrective actions **Computer / System Knowledge** - SAP - ISO/TS 16949 - PPAP, APQP - TPM **If interested kindly share resume on:** **1.
