**Experience**: Certified internal auditor for IATF 16949: 2016, Certified for MSA, Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, SPC. Individually handling standard room, MS Office, Mini Tab, Gauge development, Multigauging, Revenue Budget **Number of Years** 06 to 10 Years **Function** Standard room Quality Assurance **Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:** 1.Expertise in Handling CMM, Able prepare CMM program for components & provide set up approvals. 2.Procurement of Inspection and test equipment, guide and help the user department for selection of Instrument, Measuring and Test Equipments. 4. Plan and calibrate the monitoring and measuring devices from outside- NABL laboratory. 5.Best understanding of MSA, PPAP, APQP. SPC, 7QC Tools. 6. Responsible for MSA study and maintain record of MSA. 7.Responsible for Handover and takeover activities of NPD gauges 5.Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 systems. 6.MS Office, Mini Tab 7.Knowledge of machining and assly process **Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:** 1) Calibration as per plan (Inhouse and External) 2) MSA as per plan 3) Set up approval on CMM 4) Availability of gauges and instruments on shop floor On time calibration , RGP closure.
