Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor Middle Mile Hub KRA 1: Inventory Velocity & Pendency Control • Objective: Eliminate processing bottlenecks, enforce strict chronological processing, and maintain zero aging inventory. KRA 2: Scan Compliance & Data Integrity • Objective: Ensure 100% end-to-end visibility of all parcels entering, moving through, and exiting the hub. KRA 3: Sortation Accuracy & Load Quality • Objective: Eradicate misroutes, preserve shipment integrity for multi-piece orders, and optimize linehaul costs. KRA 4: Linehaul & Dispatch Punctuality • Objective: Synchronize floor operations with the transport network to guarantee on-time arrivals and departures. Qualifications & Requirements (QRs) Experience & Background • Military Veteran Preferential: Open to Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs), or Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs). • Supply Chain Expertise: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in high-volume fulfilment centres, express cargo hubs, or 3PL operations. Physical & Schedule Requirements • Floor Resilience: Ability to stand and walk the hub floor for extended periods to physically monitor the operations. • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts, weekends, and peak holiday seasons.
