Role & responsibilities 1. Inprocess quality control through process monitoring at press shop and fabrication. 2. Able to attend customer complaint and analysis of problem and submit CAPA to customer. 3. Inhouse rework and rejection monitoring and initiate action to reduce the same. 4. Smooth functioning of day to day activities Improve morale of employees.Maintaining 5S, process layout Upgradation of skills of employees. 5. Checking effectiveness of counter measures. 6. Quality planning and control as per the customer supply schedule. Follow-up with customer for all quality related activities in day and night timings./ Skill for customer complaint handling. Preferred candidate profile Candidate of same industry.
