Job description

Key Skills: WiFi, Radio Frequency, LTE, 4G, 5G Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and engineer radio frequency systems for industrial applications. • Conduct radio deployments and ensure effective interference mitigation. • Utilize monitoring tools and techniques, including spectrum and IP analyzers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of radio solutions. • Maintain a strong understanding of radio propagation and communication protocols. • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. • Foster a results-driven environment through effective teamwork and communication. Skills Required: • Strong understanding of WiFi protocols and LTE technologies. • Hands-on experience in radio deployments within industrial environments. • Knowledge of radio propagation principles and RF planning. • Experience with spectrum analyzers, IP analyzers, and monitoring tools. • Ability to troubleshoot RF interference and optimize network performance. • Strong technical coordination and stakeholder communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Education: • B.E. or B.Tech in Engineering. • Master's degree preferred.
