osting Description Key Skills: People Management, Agile, AI Artificial intelligence, Technical Program Management, Stakeholder Management, AI/ML Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI programs across planning, execution, and adoption phases. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product, architecture, and business stakeholders. • Own program governance, roadmap tracking, milestone management, risk mitigation, and budget oversight. • Translate business requirements into delivery plans and ensure alignment with program objectives. • Drive executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery accountability across distributed teams. Skills Required: • 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Program Management or Technical Program Management. • Strong technical program management experience leading complex AI or technology programs. • Experience working with AI, machine learning, and Generative AI delivery environments. • Ability to manage large-scale programs with clear milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models with exposure to AI product development lifecycles. Good to Have: • Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, AWS AI Services, Google AI, Databricks, or MLflow. Education: B.Tech graduates only.
