Senior Quality Assurance and Automation Engineer

Job description

Location: Trivandrum Work Mode: Hybrid 3 Days Work from Office We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to build and maintain scalable automation solutions for enterprise banking applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, backend and integration testing. • Automate functional, regression, integration and end-to-end test scenarios. • Perform API, database and event-driven testing and troubleshoot defects. • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing. Required Skills: • Experience in QA Automation / SDET / Quality Engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright or Cypress. • Experience in API testing/automation using REST Assured, Postman or similar tools. • Good knowledge of SQL and database validation. • Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. • Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or C#. • Experience in banking, financial services or fintech is preferred. Good to Have: Kafka/event-driven testing, performance testing, Docker/Kubernetes and cloud technologies. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
