Key Skills: Operational Technology, Cyber Security, Informationcyber Security, IEC 62443, End to End Design Excecution, Cross-Functional Team Leadership Roles and Responsibilities: • Define and maintain the platform cybersecurity roadmap in coordination with solution and program leadership • Track execution of cybersecurity roadmap activities across programs and ensure delivery quality, cost, and schedule alignment • Coordinate cybersecurity topics across multiple programs and support resolution of platform cyber incidents • Review and validate cybersecurity deliverables, risk assessments, and related program outputs • Contribute to cybersecurity policies, processes, standards, and training across the platform organization Skills Required: • 10+ years of relevant experience in railways, OT security, or industrial cybersecurity • Strong background in Cyber Security, Information Security, and Operational Technology security for industrial or rail environments • Working knowledge of IEC 62443 and cybersecurity governance for safety-critical or connected systems • Experience leading platform-level cybersecurity planning, risk management, and cross-program coordination • Ability to support cybersecurity testing, incident response, and validation of technical deliverables Good to Have: • End to End Design Execution • Cross-Functional Team Leadership Education: B.E. / B.Tech in any branch
