**Job Title :** Senior React Native Mobile App Developer **Role Summary** We are seeking a **Senior React Native Full Stack Developer** with strong experience across **web and mobile application development, .NET-based backend services, and modern engineering practices**. This role is for a senior individual contributor who can **own cross-platform solutions end to end**, covering React.js for web, React Native for mobile, and scalable backend services built on **.NET**. The candidate is expected to actively use **AI-assisted development and testing techniques** to improve productivity, reliability, and code quality. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the **end-to-end design and development** of web applications using **React.js**, mobile applications using **React Native**, and backend services using **.NET**. - Lead technical decision-making across **web, mobile, backend APIs, and data flow**. - Develop high-performance, scalable user interfaces using **React.js and React Native**. - Design and implement **.NET-based backend services** following microservices principles. - Build and integrate REST APIs and manage web and mobile-to-backend communication. - Actively use **AI-assisted tools** for development, debugging, and **unit test generation** across frontend, mobile, and backend layers. - Ensure strong automated testing coverage, including **unit, integration, and frontend/mobile test automation**. - Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery across environments. - Review code, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement. - Take ownership of **performance, stability, crash reduction, and release quality** across platforms. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required. **Required Skills and Experience** - 68 years of professional experience in **full stack development**. - Strong hands-on expertise in **React.js** for modern web application development. - Strong hands-on experience with **React Native** for mobile application development. - Solid backend development experience using **.NET** (ASP.NET Core, Web API). - Strong experience with **backend databases** (SQL Server and/or NoSQL), including schema design and optimization. - Proven experience designing and implementing **microservices architectures**. - Hands-on experience with **DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines** for web, mobile, and backend deployments. - Experience with **REST API design, versioning, and integration**. - Practical, hands-on usage of **AI tools in development and unit testing**. - Strong understanding of web and mobile performance, security, and scalability considerations. - Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** teams. - Ability to independently drive delivery with minimal supervision. **Good to Have** - Experience publishing and maintaining applications on **App Store and Play Store**. - Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-native backend services. - Experience with containerization or orchestration platforms. - Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools. - Experience with offline-first or real-time applications. - Exposure to **Microsoft Intune** for mobile device and application management.
