Role & responsibilities • Business Partnering: Work closely with Regional Business Heads / Area Managers • Manpower Planning & Hiring: Ensure timely recruitment for branches • Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary cases, retention • Performance Management (PMS): Drive goal setting, reviews, normalization • HR Operations: Transfers, promotions, salary revisions, compliance • Engagement and culture: Drive surveys and engagement activities • Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and audits
