Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Regional Head – Affordable Mortgage Loans Function/ Department: Affordable Mortgage Loans Job Purpose: 'The role involves building, nurturing, and strengthening relationships with Affordable Mortgage Loan customers while ensuring the delivery of exceptional, best-in-class service. The incumbent will oversee the entire sales process, focusing on enhancing team productivity and formulating effective marketing strategies. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and the product team to drive improvements in product proposition and customer segmentation. Additionally, it includes maintaining robust distribution networks to maximize business outcomes at the state level, aligning with the bank's broader organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: ' • Customer Acquisition: Drive lending to new customers with a strong focus on building a high-yield affordable HL and LAP portfolio. • Portfolio Quality: Ensure the maintenance of high-quality assets across the book. • Customer Service & Compliance: Deliver superior customer experience while upholding the highest standards of compliance. • Digital Adoption: Champion digital solutions and promote their usage across teams and customers. • State-Level Leadership: Operate as a state-level leader, transcending functional silos to drive unified goals. • Organizational Values: Consistently uphold the Bank’s Code of Conduct and Employer Value Proposition.
