Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end Recruitment process such as Talent Sourcing, Talent acquisition, Talent development and retention - Build employee connect through Branch visits, engagement activities, Sampark sessions, R&R programs, Celebrations etc. - Manage Disciplinary process, Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations. - Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes such as employee engagement, retention, and grievance redressal. - Partner with Business managers and leaders to drive employee performance, facilitate Goal setting, Performance reviews, performance dialogue - Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, HR operations, performance management, training and development - Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that meet organizational needs and improve overall skill levels of employees. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations and make recommendations for process enhancements.
