**Role & responsibilities** Ekart Logistics is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Regional Manager Last Mile** to join our Hyderabad operations. As part of our **Women Hiring Initiative**, we are committed to building an inclusive leadership team within the Transportation and Supply Chain sector.In this role, you will spearhead Last Mile operations across multiple hubs, driving excellence in shipment pickups, vendor governance, and high-performance logistics. You will be responsible for scaling operational efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to SLAs and compliance standards. **Preferred candidate profile** - **Operational Leadership:** Oversee end-to-end Last Mile operations across regional hubs, ensuring 100% pickup completion and bag closure accuracy. - **Vendor & Transport Management:** Manage Last Mile transport partners, monitoring daily performance and optimizing vehicle utilization. - **Performance Tracking:** Conduct rigorous reviews of KPIs, including Pickup TAT, Queue Time, and Exception Management. - **Strategic Planning:** Drive cost optimization, manpower planning, and process improvements in coordination with Central Ops and Planning teams. - **Compliance & Audit:** Ensure 100% adherence to safety protocols, documentation, and regulatory audits. - **Team Mentorship:** Lead, mentor, and resolve issues for a large regional team to foster a high-performance culture. - **Experience:** Proven track record in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or E-commerce operations. - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; **MBA preferred**. - **Leadership:** Strong ability to manage large teams and navigate complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. - **Analytical Skills:** Proficient in data-driven decision-making and process optimization. - **Communication:** Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. **How to Apply**Qualified candidates are invited to share their updated CV/Resume via: - **Email: sgurubalan.vc@flipkart.com** - **WhatsApp:** 6369254939
