Officer - Production & Maintenance

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Ensure smooth operation of production equipment and utilities to meet manufacturing targets. • Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime. • Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency. • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and utility-related issues. • Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. • Maintain equipment, utilities, and infrastructure in safe and efficient working condition. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and statutory requirements. • Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and facilities. • Manage maintenance records, spare parts, and vendor coordination activities. • Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen, energy conservation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile • DEEE / DICE Candidate with 4 years of experience in Production and Maintenance and VFD
