Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations in Chennai South, Bangalore 4&5 and Vishakhapatnam This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue growth within the designated region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills to drive business performance. A Regional Sales Manager is a leadership role within a company's sales department, responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region. This person manages a team of sales representatives, sets sales goals, develops strategies to drive revenue, and ensures that targets are met. Their role typically includes: 1. Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales professionals. 2. Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies for their region to meet or exceed targets. 3. Performance Tracking: Monitoring sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients or prospects in the region. 5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Managing the region's sales budget and providing accurate sales forecasts. 6. Market Analysis: Conducting research to understand market trends, competition, and customer needs in the region. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies tailored to the regional market to achieve sales targets and grow market share. • Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are meeting individual and team sales goals. • Revenue Growth: Maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth across the region by identifying new markets, prospects, and customer segments. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management on a regular basis. Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Budget Management: Oversee regional sales budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive sales performance. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in strategies and effective execution. • Training & Development: Ensure ongoing training and professional development for sales teams to enhance performance and product knowledge. Qualifications: • Qualification - Any degree • Min 8+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 5years in a leadership role managing sales teams. • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals. • Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Ability to travel within the region as required.
