Role & responsibilities \\*Connect with RWAs and Society Office Bearers to secure campaign approvals.(Marketing Activities, Campaign Activities) \\*Manage follow-ups, maintain CRM/documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Preferred candidate profile \\*Customer Support, Customer Delight, Customer Success, Customer Retention, Relationship Management,Collections, or Client Servicing. \\Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. \\ English & Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
