Job description

**Location: Swargate and Viman Nagar** **Responsibilities:** - **Acquire high-value Current Accounts (CA)and savings account from the open market, focusing on premium and SME clients.** - **Achieve monthly targets of 45 Current Accounts, including Priority Current Accounts (PCA) with strong initial funding.** - **Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and all bank policies during account acquisition.** - **Facilitate smooth onboarding and handover of customers to the branch banking team.** - **Drive account activation by ensuring customers maintain required Average Quarterly Balance (AQB) and initiate transactions.** - **Promote digital banking adoption (Internet Banking, DSB) among customers.** - **Generate leads through field activities, market mapping, and networking.** - **Cross-sell banking products such as Trade, FX, CMS, Retail Lending Business (RBL), etc.** - **Maintain strong relationships with customers and coordinate with internal teams for delivering business solutions.**
