Job description

We are looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist Banking** to manage end-to-end recruitment for banking and financial services roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Wealth Management, and Digital Banking functions. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders to attract high-quality talent while ensuring a superior candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring requirements. Location : Bangalore - Richmond Circle **Role & responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking and financial services positions. - Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and market mapping. - Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical banking positions. - Drive hiring for roles across: - Retail Banking - Branch Banking - Trade Finance - Treasury - Risk & Compliance - Credit Underwriting - Wealth Management - Banking Operations - Digital Banking - Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and hiring governance. - Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination. - Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness. - Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives. **Preferred candidate profile** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - 7-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services. - Strong understanding of banking job families, industry trends, and talent availability. - Experience hiring for frontline, mid-management, and specialist banking roles. - Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards, and ATS platforms. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline. - Experience in private sector banks, NBFCs, fintech organizations, or banking recruitment firms. - Exposure to volume hiring as well as niche leadership hiring. - Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
