Role & responsibilities Packers & Movers Roles & Responsibilities at NoBroker.com • Handle customer leads for packing and moving services. • Understand customers relocation requirements, preferred dates, and locations. • Explain service packages, pricing, inclusions, and moving process. • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert bookings. • Coordinate with customers and moving partners for smooth relocation. • Schedule packing, loading, transportation, and unloading services. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely pickup and delivery. • Follow up with customers before, during, and after the move. • Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues. • Track bookings, payments, and service status in the CRM. • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. • Achieve assigned booking, conversion, and revenue targets.
