Job description

Role & responsibilities • Manage and supervise all site construction activities from project mobilization through commissioning and handover. • Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved engineering drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Planning, and Commissioning teams to resolve technical and construction-related issues. • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules. • Review and approve construction methodologies, work plans, and contractor execution strategies. • Lead contractor and subcontractor performance management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. • Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews. • Ensure strict compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and international industry standards.
