Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage and supervise all site construction activities from project mobilization through commissioning and handover. - Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved engineering drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. - Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Planning, and Commissioning teams to resolve technical and construction-related issues. - Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules. - Review and approve construction methodologies, work plans, and contractor execution strategies. - Lead contractor and subcontractor performance management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. - Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews. - Ensure strict compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and international industry standards.
