Retail Interior Fit-Out Specialist (on Third Party Roll)

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Manage end-to-end interior fit-out execution for new retail store openings, refurbishments, and relocations • Translate brand design intent and drawings into flawless on-ground execution • Coordinate with mall authorities and contractors • Manage multiple store projects simultaneously under tight launch timelines • Track samples, materials, approvals, and site progress to avoid delays • Drive vendor performance, quality control, safety compliance and cost discipline Ensure smooth store handover aligned with merchandising and business go-live plans Preferred candidate profile • 2+ years of experience in retail store interior fit-out execution • Strong understanding of retail finishes, MEP coordination, signage, and VM integration • Hands-on experience working with design-led / premium / retail brands • Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders across locations Willingness to travel for store execution
