A Retail Store Manager oversees daily operations, drives sales performance, manages staff, and ensures high-quality customer service to maximize profitability. Responsibilities include recruiting/training employees, managing inventory, optimizing visual merchandising, controlling budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They analyze sales data to meet targets and maintain a positive, efficient store environment. **Key Responsibilities & Duties** - **Operational Management:** Directs daily activities, ensures store cleanliness, manages opening/closing, and handles cash procedures. - **Sales & Financials:** Sets and hits sales targets, analyzes performance data, and manages budgets to increase profitability. - **Staff Leadership:** Recruits, trains, coaches, and schedules employees while fostering a motivated, customer-centric team. - **Inventory Control:** Manages stock levels, orders merchandise, performs audits, and implements loss prevention measures. - **Customer Service & Merchandising:** Resolves customer complaints, ensures excellent service, and executes visual merchandising strategies to boost sales. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - **Experience:** Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager. - **Leadership:** Strong communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills. - **Business Acumen:** Ability to analyze data, manage P&L, and create action plans. - **Organization:** Excellent time management and operational planning abilities. **Common Requirements** - Graduate - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. - Knowledge of retail POS systems and inventory management software. **Experience** - 6 to 12 Years Retail Experience.
