**Role & responsibilities** Core BCMS activities, IT Disaster Management & Incident Management Framework Development & Governance • Program Ownership: Develop, maintain, and scale an enterprise-wide business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency response management framework • Policy Maintenance: Update and govern corporate BCM policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect industrys best practices • Regulatory Alignment: Analyse and report on the implications of changing regulatory requirements and industry guidance on the BCP/DR program **Preferred candidate profile** The Candidate should also possess the following skills and experience: - 8 to 10 years exposure to operations in production and technology environment and/or various LOB environments within the financial services industry and/or in Business Continuity Management. - Reasonable depth of exposure/understanding of Business Continuity Management processes and best practices. - Strong organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills, especially related to facilitation, documentation and reporting. - Highly developed relationship management, influencing and leadership skills. - Experience in full life-cycle implementation of ISO 22301 **Certified ISO 22301:2019 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer** **Certification in Cloud/AI** **ITIL IV**
