RPA Test Engineer

Job description

Key Skills: Robotic Process Automation, RPA, Automation Anywhere, Test, Testing Roles and Responsibilities: • Define test scope, coverage, entry and exit criteria, and prepare test strategies and test plans for RPA and application releases. • Design, develop, and execute test scripts for web-based applications, APIs, and batch processing workflows. • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing and ensure defects are logged, tracked, prioritized, and closed. • Validate fixes through re-testing and regression cycles, including root cause analysis where needed. • Support automation framework maintenance and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for release execution. Skills Required: • 2 to 4 years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or RPA testing. • Hands-on experience in RPA testing with Automation Anywhere and strong understanding of software testing practices. • Experience building and executing test strategies, test plans, and test scripts across the SDLC. • Ability to validate application behavior through regression, functional, and integration testing with attention to quality and defect closure. • Experience with API testing, web application testing, batch validation, and automated test execution in CI/CD environments. Good to Have: • Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, DevOps tools, Python, Java, TestNG, Playwright. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
