Safety Project Manager

Job description

1 **Daily Operations and Project Delivery** 1. Manage partner delivery capacity and ensure sufficient teams are available for rollout activities as per targets. 2. Coordinate with Design, JV Partners, and TEC team for reconciliation of workable drawings, AoP cost inputs, and related documentation on a monthly basis. 3. Develop and maintain monthly requirement plans based on site rollout forecasts, material inventory, and partner delivery schedules. 4. Coordinate with corporate teams and Warehouse teams for timely material delivery and inventory management. 5. Build and evaluate a pipeline of potential new partners, including supervising capacity assessments and performance training. 6. Monitor project daily progress through daily participation in Project War Room and share Daily Progress Reports with stakeholders. 7. Control the Procure to Pay cycle, ensure prompt payments to partners, and support quality, safety, and compliance requirements for all project activities. 2 **Contract Governance Management** 1. Monitor performance of partner in-line with defined KPI and SLA of both parties as per contract 2. Identify areas of improvement and support required by partners. 3 **Audit/IFC and Statutory compliance** 1. Coordination with Stakeholders for closure of Audit points 2. Coordination with Stakeholders to ensure Statutory Compliance 4 **Escalation Management** 1. SPOC for receiving and resolving partner queries by coordinating action plan and execution with Stakeholders. 2. Support internal customers by securing support from relevant partner teams and other stakeholders to meet circle targets 5 **Process Compliance** Ensure 100% compliance with Indus process and resolve all identified actionable areas within committed time frame. 1. Sourcing Policy 2. Annual Nil Balance Confirmation & Partner NDC 3. Share of Business 4. Market Survey and Price benchmarking 5. Compliance with Central GBPA and Automation Projects 6. Adherence to PR-PO TAT, Procure to Pay TAT 7. Any Other SCM polices 6 **P SAT** 1. Prepare Action Plan basis feedback received from partners. 2. Carry out identified actions for overall improvement in partner satisfaction 7 **Drive ESH Culture** 1. Regular Review and Monitoring of ESH compliance by all partners 2. Assist in Building of a sustained Safety Culture within entire partner eco-system
