**Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products - Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation - Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business - Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners - Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement **Desired Candidate Profile** - 0- 6 months of experience in sales executive or similar role in the NBFC industry (housing finance preferred). - Strong understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations. - Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation. - Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
