Role & responsibilities Monitoring the Branch business. Identifying the weak branches on monthly basis and turning them to productive branches by visiting the branches and training and motivating the staff on regular basis. Upgrading the sales skills of branch staff in respect of gold coin by organizing at least Two cluster meeting of 5 to 7 Branches on monthly basis in some branch with minimum travel time to the staff. Overall sensitization of the branch staff so as to ensure alignment with the regional goal. Reconciliation of gold coin stocks of each branch on fortnightly basis. Preferred candidate profile Male candidates required Should have good communication skill Comfortable for travelling Required sales experience
