Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage sales activities to achieve targets and grow business in Karnataka region. • Provide counseling services to customers on financial products, ensuring they meet their needs. • Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups. • Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending events, and building connections. Job Requirements : • 1-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry. • Strong knowledge of Kannada language (written & spoken). • Excellent sales skills with ability to meet targets consistently. • Ability to provide effective counseling services to customers.
