Job description

We are looking for a high-performing **Sales Manager Business Enterprise** to drive acquisition and growth in the SME / Mid-Corporate segment. The role focuses on sourcing new clients, structuring lending solutions, and supporting portfolio expansion under the Business Banking vertical. **Key Responsibilities** - Acquire new **SME / Mid-Corporate clients** and build a strong business pipeline - Drive sales through **direct channels, cold calls, DSAs, connectors, and referrals** - Manage end-to-end **sales process from lead generation to disbursement** - Sell and cross-sell products including **Working Capital (OD/CC), Term Loans, LAP, Bill Discounting, LC/BG & Trade Products** - Conduct **financial analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, ratios)** and liaise with credit teams for approvals - Achieve assigned **monthly/quarterly revenue and disbursement targets** - Build strong **customer relationships** to ensure repeat business and cross-sell opportunities - Support cluster business goals and work closely with the **Cluster Business Manager** **Key Requirements** - Graduate / MBA (Finance preferred) - Relevant experience in **Sales SME / Business Banking / Enterprise Lending** - Strong exposure to **working capital and business loan products** - Proven track record of meeting **sales and disbursement targets** - Sound understanding of **financial statements and credit basics** - Excellent communication and negotiation skills **Preferred Skills** - Experience handling **High** **ticket sizes** - Strong network with **SMEs, CAs, DSAs, and channel partners** - Experience in **Banks, NBFCs, or Lending Fintechs**
