**Role & responsibilities** Job Title: Sales Manager Management Trainee (MBA Freshers) Location:- Amalapuram Experience MBA Freshers (2024 Passed Out) Eligible About the Role We are looking for energetic, result-oriented, and ambitious MBA graduates to join our Sales team as Management Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and be groomed for future leadership roles in Personal Loan Cross-Sales and Team Management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in financial product sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales leadership. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development - Drive Personal Loan cross-sell opportunities through existing customer portfolios and channel partners. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products. - Generate leads through various sourcing channels and convert them into successful sales. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the organization. - Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and relationship management. Team Management - Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales executives. - Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance to improve productivity. - Conduct daily sales reviews and performance tracking. - Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets. - Develop future leadership capabilities through active involvement in team coordination and mentoring activities. Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders. - Maintain regular engagement with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Reporting & Analytics - Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Use data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness and team performance. Eligibility Criteria - MBA (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization). - 2024 passed-out candidates only. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Leadership potential with an interest in managing teams. - Willingness to travel locally for business development activities. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
