**Job Title: Sales Manager** **Position Overview:** **The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales pipeline, leading a team of DSAs, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets related to personal loan products. This individual will be a results-driven, dynamic, and strategic leader with a strong understanding of loan products, DSA operations, and sales processes.** **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead, train, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve sales targets.** - **Develop sales strategies and expand business through DSAs.** - **Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.** - **Recruit and onboard new DSAs.** - **Build relationships with existing clients and DSAs to foster loyalty.** - **Report on sales performance and make recommendations for growth.** - **Ensure timely loan processing and customer satisfaction.** **Qualifications:** - **Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on Business Loan or similar products.** - **Proven experience managing DSAs.** - **Strong knowledge of loan products and sales processes.** - **Preferred candidate profile** - **Sales Manager with Personal Loans Experience.** - **Or Any Product with DSA experience**
