Sales Officer

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a portfolio of current accounts, credit cards, and other retail banking products to achieve sales targets. • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/up-sell relevant financial products to existing customers. • Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Job Requirements : • 1-4 years of experience in banking sales or related field (preferably in CASA sales). • Strong knowledge of banking products such as current accounts, credit cards, loans etc. . • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship building. • Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
