**Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products - Generate business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels - Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation - Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business - Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners - Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
