Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products • Generate business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels • Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation • Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business • Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
