**Greetings from TCS!** **Must Have** 1. Should have Strong ABAP Development/Support experience in SAP HR- ABAP engagements & OOABAP. Strong hands on SAP HR ABAP in HR-OM Module. 2. Strong knowledge in RICEF (Good Programming skills in Reporting, Enhancements, Debugging, Analysis, Module Pool Programming, file Interface and ALE-IDOC Process and forms). 3. Should have hands on experience in Info type Operations, LDB Reporting (Macros, Get Pernr Event etc.) and Authorizations. 4. Should have hands on in HR- OM. Strong hands on ABAP (Info types, Tables, t codes, Function Modules, BAPIs and standard and Custom Reports specific to Org mgmt. Module). 5. Should have Good knowledge of HR Org Mgmt functional overview, Creation of Custom Info types, Enhancing Standard Info types and their operations.
