Job description

**Key Skills:** Hcm, SAP HR, Implementation, SAP ABAP, Certification, SAP HANA **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead and execute SAP HCM / SAP HR implementations in large corporate environments. - Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs and system enhancements. - Develop, enhance, and support SAP UI5 / FIORI applications. - Write new code and extend existing code in both project and maintenance modes. - Process, monitor, and troubleshoot IDOC transactions and interfaces. - Ensure adherence to SOx controls and GDPR data protection requirements. - Collaborate with functional, technical, and security teams to support HR processes. - Maintain clear and structured technical documentation, including code and configuration details. - Work with documentation and code references in Dutch, ensuring clarity in variables and parameters. - Stay updated on European payroll regulations, with a focus on Belgium payroll compliance. **Skills Required:** - Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SAP HR implementations. - Proficiency in SAP ABAP development, enhancements, and debugging. - Experience working with SAP S/4HANA architecture and HR integrations. - Knowledge of SAP UI5 / FIORI application development and support. - Hands-on experience with IDOC processing, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Good understanding of SOx compliance and GDPR data protection standards. - Ability to work in both project and application maintenance environments. - Strong documentation skills with attention to clarity and structure. - Awareness of European payroll laws and regulations, particularly Belgium payroll. - Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. **Education:** Any Graduation
